Description
West-MEC, in partnership with the West-MEC Alliance education foundation, will host the 2nd Annual West-MEC 5K on Sunday, April 5, 2020 at Rio Vista Park in Peoria. Along with race activities, the event will showcase West-MEC’s career training programs for high school and adult students. Funds raised from the event will support West-MEC student scholarships. The 5K race will begin at 7:30 a.m. Participants will receive a race bib, event t-shirt, and custom medal. Registration for the race is now available. Discounts are available for early registration through March 14. Racers must register by March 29, 2020 to receive the commemorative race t-shirt.
